Digital Media Planner

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Digital Media Planner to assist with the implementation, execution, and management of online marketing programs for Whapaso clients. The focus will be on Display execution, with prior experience in digital media planning & execution preferred, with the opportunity to expand into the Paid Social landscape.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in digital media desired
• Solid understanding of online environment and trends, specifically Programmatic Display Vendor
• Experience with DCM (DoubleClick Campaign Manager)—or other, similar ad servers—preferred
• Strong quantitative, critical thinking and excellent oral and written communication skills
• Independent and self-directed
• Adept in time management
• Attention to critical detail
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize work-loads via multiple accounts and platforms
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with solid experience of Microsoft PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Update weekly and monthly reports
• Create ad hoc reports as needed
• Assist with monitoring programs against goals and KPIs, as directed by Account Manager
• Assist with management of insertion orders
• Assist with monitoring of campaign performances, budgets, and invoice reconciliation
• Assist in implementation of new campaigns in Display and/or Social Platforms
• Creative trafficking via the ad server (banner upload and assignments) and pixel creating / implementation
• Social ad development and posting as necessary
• Campaign Analysis & Reviews based on campaign goals and objectives
• Perform all stages of QA testing
• Serve as a backup to Account Manager for Client communication
• Written and oral presentations
